I admit there is a note of pessimism in my post but that is because that is how it is!!That is the sad reality which cannot be wiped off even with all the developments taking place.Precious little has changed for the common man..
Calcutta has many positive things,its people are among the friendliest in the world,a warmth that is rarely found anywhere else but it also has far too many ills to be ignored..
